Here is a handy guide that will help you easily work the recommended five or more servings of vegetables and fruits per day into your diet.

Remember, in selecting vegetables and fruits to eat each day, choose at least one that's a good source of Vitamin A and one that's a good source of Vitamin C.

For added ease in selecting the right combination of vegetables and fruits, follow the *'s. * indicates a good source of Vitamin A, ** indicates a good source of Vitamin C and *** indicates a good source of Vitamins A and C.
